it's good to know that blogger allows custom html & css

there's a website for custom cursors for your website or anywhere it's called cursors-4u.com you pick any cursor of your desire and scroll

once you scroll, you have 2 options, option 1 is the html to do so; copy the code, go to your dashboard -> click layout and add a gadget, click HTML/JavaScript. and paste the HTML code.

for option 2 CSS code, you copy it -> go to dashboard -> go to theme, and click the customize button of your theme. 

once you've clicked it, you scroll the sidebar and go to advanced, then so click another section called page text and scroll to add css, paste the code in the box save it and you're done
