im sorry like i already have cooked beef w the metaverse and now at this point im not surprised anymore … constant refusal/banning me from messaging in a group chat with my friends in messenger, constant deactivating my account just because of me replying someones comment at instagram
not apart of the metaverse but my twitter account got hacked as well as my instagram account that i really loved to the core of my heart (not really to be honest)

It's okay not to use those apps anymore or use it rarely, after all it'll only cause you more stress with all the constant mess those apps bring you.
So it's better off just not to touch metaverse anymore, or just use it rarely. If you don't like a social media, don't force yourself, do what's best for you.
